Taking place once a month and based right here in Epsom, Danielle from Ripe and Nine opens her kitchen space, welcoming keen cake students for a morning of education and indulgence with like minded cake fans!
You’ll discover health conscious and plant-based versions of your favourite sweet treats while learning the very best techniques to bring them together. The day kicks off with a delicious vegan breakfast before Danielle gives a full introduction to raw baking, the key equipment needed, the main ingredients and where you can shop for them. You’ll then get hands-on making four of Ripe and Nine’s exclusive recipes and learning new skills that you’ll be able to apply to any raw cake recipe.
